Position: Client Services Manager
Salary: Compensation based on experience
Reports to: President & CEO
The Client Services Manager is responsible for customer service relationship between participants from children to older adults with developmental and acquired disabilities, parents/guardians, case managers, funding sources and the Aqua Ability Program. The Client Services Manager oversees the daily function of the Aqua Ability Program, funding issues in collaboration with funding agencies, maintaining client medical and billing files in compliance with HIPAA, and liaison between office and remote programming locations. This position is responsible for leading the team with promotion at vendor fairs, community fairs, etc. The incumbent will ensure that the needs of each participant are met with dignity and respect. Incumbent should model the organizational values of MOTION, FUN, SAFETY, CONVENIENCE, TEAMWORK and RESPECT. A full time position which may include evening and weekend hours at times. Will work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team to conduct the Aqua Ability Program and assure the outcome of each participant’s goals.
Incumbent background must include strong organizational and interpersonal abilities with strong oral and written communication skills. Must be self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision. An understanding or a willingness to learn the mechanism involved in the funding process with several funding agencies and insurance reimbursement. Experience with insurance reimbursement helpful. Have an ability to relate to people with disabilities and understanding of the “person first” concept. The incumbent must have a high standard of personal reliability and teamwork. Having fun is a priority!
